I recently had my permanent eyeliner done by Effi at Phi Beauty Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calm and relaxing—exactly what you want when getting a detailed cosmetic procedure.
Effi is not only talented but also genuinely attentive and professional. I had an old eyeliner tattoo from 26 years ago that had faded and was done unevenly, and I was worried it might be difficult to correct. But Effi was amazing—she carefully assessed the previous work and adjusted her technique. Her precision and eye for detail are unmatched.
The final result is everything I hoped for: eyeliner that enhances my eyes while still looking natural. The healing process was smooth, with very little discomfort, and Effi provided clear aftercare instructions that made everything easy. As well as keeping in contact to see how I was healing.
I now wake up feeling more confident and ready for the day—no makeup needed. Which is such a bonus since my eyes water a lot so my eyeliner would run off a lot. I had a wonderful and relaxing service yesterday. Genny helped me decide what kind of brows I wanted. She listened to my concerns and gave me advice about what type of brows I should get.After our discussion I decided to go with Ombré Powder Brows. She took her time mapping my brows, explaining what she was doing and teaching me how to maintain my brows. The process was educational and relaxing.
